Billing Data Analysis
Raybern will evaluate your existing meter reading data with a specific goal of identifying precise procedure, data and configuration anomalies between the meter reading system and billing system that can cause lost revenue and inaccurate water loss numbers. Raybern will provide a recommended corrective action plan and work with the Utility and their system vendors to implement corrections which improve the accuracy and reliability of Utility Billing System (UBS) data.
Methodology
Service locations are analyzed to determine the accuracy and integrity of account, customer, service, and billing information. The in-depth data analysis will help to identify possible anomalies between databases which share account data related to service locations.

1. Assessment
